At the SH meeting, was there any talk about the new shares that will be issued? Timeframe? Will they be offered through Basis?

Also the expiring warrents, when will we see their number drop off the outstanding shares? Has anyone contacted basis to see if they are still offering shares? I tried looking for their web site with no luck.

Guess I could write to B. but I'd like to hear the sentiment on the board.

I personally enjoyed reading Warps posts and will miss his input if he decides to stop posting. Any long has the right to be upset.

I've been doing a bit of research regarding globalstar, there was a company out there whos shares are worthless currently, not sure if its the same group or not.
