I do not think the agreements ran out. I think they had been signed so long ago that WDRP wanted to make sure everyone is still on board and ready to go forward. The thing that excites me about this PR is that they could have waited another two months to re-affirm their relationship unless WDRP and (UL) are getting very close to a market ready unit.
