No, When I put something in quotes it means someone else is saying it. I provide links to where I am getting the quote from in almost every case. Perhaps you didn't notice this. In this case I was quoting from the disclaimer page from the company.
How would I know? Presumably it was one employee since that is what they disclaim/disclose on their website, so let's take them at their word.
Are you able to view a chart from June 18 to now? That was the date of the last promotion and the stock is down ~75% since then.
No, I think that financial Darwinism is healthy. Promoters allow themselves and the insiders to escape at the highest prices while leaving new suckers holding the bag. I was once that sucker. I thought it was awfully nice that some people spent their time trying to explain/educate people about this. It can be very frustrating and some will even attack you for it. I hope that the lesson in this case is to always read the disclaimer page when you get a "hot penny stock tip." There is always some interesting stuff to be gleaned from it. I tried to copy some of the highlights for those too busy (or too new at this) to do so.
P.S. Shamida has a nice ring to it, but as always, I say sham(ee)da, you say sham(eye)da.
