It is good to hold people accountable for committing crimes. Are you suggesting that an employee of the company somehow committed fraud while promoting all the companies you have listed? Was this just one bad apple or were more employees involved. Just using Shamida2 as an example, the last promotion seemed to be pretty successful by aiding in increasing the share value of the stock. Are you objecting to that outcome or the process in some way. It seems to me that this method is used every day to promote companies and their stock.
