Count:Agree why is anyone upset? I personally hope that the morons of Wall Street continue to react to misinformation and continue to report it and continue to fundamentally miss the big story here so that I have a chance to get in on my options plays CHEAP.

If anyone recalls yesterday I posted that I expected and hoped for a 5% DIP followed quickly by good and then great and then even GREATER news--so long as I have a chance to get in on a dip--we got the dip today of course but then the news of no news lol meaning NO conference call and NO forward guidance drove the afterhours price back up so that we recovered most or all the day's losses ;-(

So I turned out to be right but wrong--and wasn't available to make my trades this afternoon (options plays/spreads over time).

I guess timing is if not everything, so much in life.

So I hope that we dip back the 5% in the AM, then get a positive CAFC decision at 11, followed by an afternoon announcement or the next day of a Google offer of $150 followed by an APPL offer of $225 followed by an all out industry wide bidding war ending in a takeout of $575 a share.

Although I can tell you to look for a post I am preparing which will justify MUCH higher valuations than even that--information that will make you wonder why IDCC and their lawyers missed this point although to be fair the entire industry has missed something HUGE--probably though applies MORE to IDCC than any other entity around because of our unique position as a pure IP business model company and NPE.

That's the teaser post probably won't be ready until tomorrow and honestly not going to post it until AFTER I get my trades in.
