I noticed n Susman's billing that he spent some time preparing settlement paperwork with Bank of America. My suspicions were correct. At his advanced age, senility sets in, he doesn't even know the principals involved. Somebody tell Susman the fight is against Chase and not Bank of America. I have a feeling Nelson, Sargent and the rest of crew just gave him that project so he doesn't get in the way. Sort of like how you would give chilrens coloring books to keep them occupied. Susman is just a figure head. The company is now just a training ground for young lawyers. Similar to newly graduate beauticians offering haircuts for half price. If you get a bad haircut, there is no recourse because they are students.
