Best part of the earnings release is the termination of the CC. On July 18 they announce the release date and the CC; on July 19 they announce the "strategic alternatives." Today they announce no CC. What changed in the last 9 days that caused the CC cancellation. To me the writing is on the wall.....kudos to Clontz. He obviously has assumed control and does not want Merrit talking.

A significant deal is in the works.
