serious agencies? Canada is way more strict with it's trading affiliates. The SEC is not involved nor will they get involved. There's no proof the SEC cares or will get involved. A IR guy who nobody cares about was shady- bottom line. The SEC isn't going to lock down a speculative Canadian penny stock because of a small time wimp like Andrew. Sorry but it's not going to happen.
