What I bet he will do with the 400,000,000 shares is that he truly believes in making this company best it can be. When the product is finished I would imagine him give up 1M shares to finance the operation and start the distrubting. Thats what I think will happen.

Considering they postponed it more months, so that they could have more time. I would see them doing it again if necessary.
