& my concern for it was not personal per se but rather focused on the
herd mentality these kinds of issues elicit. So, of course it was
a cause for concern & prudent action regarding my investment ONLY.
Meaning, my own feelings about it were immaterial, the reality is
how the market perceives an event. Personally, no, it did not
concern me. At that time, I was far enough along on my DD to
get a read on the CEO, his intentions here, his character based
upon his actions et. al.. But that is not to say that I did NOT
think the stock would be affected.
Many here in PS have learned to act first, ask questions later. And,
most have come to know or learn that PS CEO's tend towards duplicity.
I do not believe that this TYTN CEO Mark Leonard fits that
description. I believe he may have other weaknesses that I am
personally concerned about, but character, integrity, pride in
his word & work are not among them.
