The debtors not trying to get full value is not a surprise. Kmart went bankrupt and after bankruptcy they bought Sears within a year or two, because they were able to cover up there actual understated value.

Same way here, keep the value low, get out of bankruptcy, then invest everything you have while it's at an understated value, and once it's out of bankruptcy, you will then realize the true value...billions to be made.

This is a true heavyweight fight that's entering another round. I prefer a knockout (settlement) instead of going to the last round for a decision to be made (judged).
