Right now I feel that if SDVI mgmt cannot prove that they can move the PPS from .001 to .002 and maintain that price then there is absolutely no way, in my mind, that SDVI/GRAFF can hold a .20 price after a VERY LARGE R/S.

In almost all occasions the PPS plummets after a R/S, it takes a lot of effort and careful planning (without any delays in the plan) just to maintain the post-split price. We all know that the current mgmt is not good at implementing a plan and it is never timely. The current mgmt must first establish that it can move the current PPS prior to any R/S, plain and simple. If not, this will be a disaster for the shareholders. The shorts will have a heyday though.
