Nokia knows the essentiality and quality of the patents they are up against now as they did before when the Alj and ITC commission gave them a temporary reprieve. Today things are different in the industry and hopefully MSFT may make Nokia yield and license.

Who does Huawaie and ZTE make phones for? They to know the quality and essentiality of the patents they face. Do they have someone telling them to piss in the wind.
