Even if the pps recovers a little, at least for now, the company still needs to come out with an explanation. That report links them to some very unsavory people and credibility is all they have at the moment. No history, no finished product, nothing else. And this is probably the most crucial moment for the company, when the product is about to hit the market, when they need distributors, manufacturers, funding for production, advertising and all that. Being linked to this scandal can hurt them, and us, big time.

They really need to come out with some FACTS as to WHY things are ok, not just tell us it's all fine. Before they even investigate and make any decisions they need to come out with their version of the facts, why they were linked to these people, when, who's listed on the company board at the moment, what exactly did or didn't Andrew do and everything else in that report. And they need to do it ASAP. If general opinion becomes this is just another penny with the usual scandals and skeletons in the closet, the fact they have a revolutionary product might not be enough on its own.
