Good short synopsis. The patents, especially the 007 was worth billions until the markman hearing said a remote portable computer was not a remote interface. I say it is in the context of the topic. But that does not matter. The courts upheld that. The remaining patents should be worth some, but not billions. I wish in the 007 patent, they would have used a PC as an example.

It will be interesting to see where this goes.
