I was thinking the same thing. They have both got to be dropped. Chancery court has made it clear that the best thing was for them to drink the good stuff and get it settled. However, the bk court will probably want more info as far as the deal and future business plan. I do not think it will be difficult to drop the "q" but it will require some steps.
