They can do a lot by fax to move the process forward, but the final documents that are presented to the court must have original signatures and if the major players are not present in court, then those documents must be notarized.

It may be a little different down there, but I have a fair bit of experience with courts and lawyers.

stock, than to wish you hadn't.
