Ok Jimlur. I can buy the opinion that idcc has contacted the icc, but if it is material to announce there is no news, then why wouldn't it be material to announce that the icc has been contacted and news should come in x number of days? What would be the purpose of not making it public? Oh well.. .. all has been conjecture for the last several days as it looks like no one knows anything.

Also to add. I do feel we will take a hit if Harry is not retained and # 2 proposal is voted "yes". Whether I agree or not to the results, it would sound like shareholder revolt from a bunch of disgruntled shareholders if those go through. JMO .. .. Ah!! means nothing. .. ... Dammmmm!!! I should keep my mouth shut and quit posting. What drivel!! .. nic
