armwonderful.....I think it comes down to interpretation and OUR need to put an exact timeframe on it. I think they had to render a decision by May 31, 2005. Doesn't mean they had to have it in IDCC or NOK's hands by that day. For all we know its on the proverbial "slow boat" getting here. God forbid they pay $200 to overnite it...Don't get hungup on the exact timing, if they didn't get it yet most likely they will in the next couple of days. In the end what difference does it make to the longterm and big picture at IDCC...the result OR THE SETTLEMENT whichever you believe in won't change because of a couple of days or even a couple of weeks for that matter...JMO
