Each person's financial needs and tolerance for risk are different. I have been invested in this stock for over 10 years. If I sell IDCC shares before a buyout occurs, provided a buyout occurs, then more than likely I will have sold those shares below the buyout price per share. In that case I will never ever get another chance to maximize my reward for having invested in IDCC.

If a buyout does not occur and the share price falls from present levels I will be disappointed and discouraged once more with this investment. But there will still remain that spark of hope for another comeback on this investment although it will require more waiting. And, yes, I would probably do some venting against management although their actions appear very prudent to me at the moment.

As of today I intend to keep holding my IDCC shares because no matter what happens over this potential buyout opportunity there is always that feeling that this stock will handsomely reward shareholders someday.
