Make sure you consider that PNTV was one of Monk's "FLD" picks that he ran a Pump-and-Dump on recently. Two of Monk's four FLD's have already been suspended for trading and banished to die on the grey sheets.

I've summarized some of the evidence that suggests PNTV management were involved in Monk's Pump-&-Dump campaign on this stock here:

If PNTV were to get suspended from trading, it could end up an illiquid dead shell on the greys, just like EIGH and CDIV.

Also bear in mind that Monk is still under investigation by the SEC. Some feel this is a serious cloud hanging over PNTV that won't go away until, and unless, the SEC wraps things up without dragging PNTV into the mess.
