These people claim that Hitachi 3TB drives are super reliable. (And they use a lot of drives!)

P.S. Note: The 3TB Deskstar 5K3000 drives used by Backblaze will not boot Windows XP, or 32-Bit versions of Windows Vista or Seven. (Backblaze uses Western Digital 160GB drives for booting.)
