Delays in CUSIP Normal

Just a note that I wasn't too surprised when the cusip did not change today. I do not think it has anything to do with the company.

Quite the opposite, it is the good old government dragging it's feet once again.

It is a waiting game and just difficult to hit the bulls eye.

This being said, it should be coming soon now.
