UTA, I do think that there is a chance that right at the open there still is a short lived dip and then it goes upwards. Remember after NEP opened the stock opened way way down despite that the investigation was more or less coming back ok. There will be people who want out regardless after being stuck in the stock. Of course if it opens significantly down it might be a good buy just like NEP was.
