Seems like a reasonable prediction -- But who knows how it will react initially. Things can get a little crazy when stocks resume trading. UTA has historically had a nice 'premium' valuation compared to many names in the RTO-space for a long time before the halt, probably because of investors like George Valente buying up 10%+ stakes (He made a ton of money off Priceline).

How it is valued upon trading-resumption will probably depend on people like George and their continuing outlook on the company.

I just hope the company holds a conference call and announces a use for all that money before trading resumes!
