Right, that's what I suggested - but NEOM should have the *right* to PR it to inform their interested parties of their progress enrolling brands, right? So in the absence of that, I wonder if a) they are explicity prevented from PRing in the terms of their deal, or b) NEOM doesn't care to, which would be puzzling, or c) some other party doesn't want these relationships announced.
