I agree with you, but the merger will delayed again. See my earlier post. Not enough time left for them to mail the prospectus, receive the votes, etc.

Some one asked if we knew if the well was commercially viable yet, and the answer is yes, it is way beyond commercially viable even before we frack it. Only question is peak and long term average peak flows.

Ambition with out knowledge is like ship in dry dock. Going nowhere fast!
