The post from Chilar post #4005 spoke volumes, when he suggested a potential Source as a finanicial backer and was told, "that avenue would be unnecessary"

To me this says the financial backer has been found and the long drawn out procedure of Lawyers dotting i's and crossing t's, is in progress and an announcement will probably be made on or about Aug 1st after the merger. JMHO
