I see it as fairly obvious that Turrini is deeply, even pathologically, engaged in an ego driven, "win at all costs" fight for "control". He clearly cares far more about extracting any "rewards for Turrini" that he can, and winning that "fight for power and position", more than he cares about any benefit for or fiduciary responsibility to the shareholders, and more than "winning the fight with Daic".

That is clear enough in his current behavior, and in his behavior over the last few years. Far too often Turrini has been way too willing to "let Daic have his way". If Turrini had had his way over the last three years, this would have been over a long time ago already... and he did exactly the same sort of crap as he's doing now back in 2008... following which he "rewarded" those who helped him succeed back then... by operating the Baxter patent scam ?

Relative to others who've been involved here... Turrini is an hopeless amateur... which is likely why he was allowed to be involved ?

I find that his is a grotesque but consistent pathology, but that sort of egotism and grossly flawed character is not exactly a thing that is particularly unique in the CLYW saga...

The remarkable collection of misfits and ne'er-do-wells here is a particularly sad aspect of the CLYW story... more given that Turrini's particular pathology requires he work to sustain a personal mythology that has him gladly enough acting the part of the villian... while seeking to use the product of his villainy to posture himself as the hero. I find that disturbing.

The irony in that seems lost on a guy who is a legend in his own mind, who, other than in his ability to sustain his self delusion, and his ability to corrupt others who are similarly focused on nothing but self interest, has proven to be enormously flawed personally and incompetent professionally...

I've pointed out before that all Turrini had to do to ENSURE that TEAM CLYW would succeed this time... was NOT screw up what Dave Williams had already enabled, and had hard wired...

So, rather than just allow that success to occur... Turrini found it MORE compelling, MORE in his own interest to try to posture HIMSELF as responsible for enabling the "victory"... putting his interest in feeding his ego WAY ahead of focusing on achieving the success.

Of course, everything he's done since has been purely dishonest and enormously destructive... including obviously destructive of his own position and interest... in ways he probably cannot comprehend or appreciate...

The lies being told now, in an effort to sustain the faith of the few remaining true believers... are obvious and transparent.

It is not really possible, IMO, that anyone believes the lies being tole now... other than those who've made the inordinately bad choice to have "hitched their wagons" to Turrini... hoping he'll succeed, with their help, and take them along for the ride...

As it turns out, success in corporate management really isn't at all like a bike race, where there is great benefit in stalking the leader and "jumping" him at the last minute to try to grab the trophy... but, it seems that folly is what we see Turrini and Pierce apparently attempting to do... not caring whether the effort wrecks the race, or not...

I don't think much of ANY of the original Carlos/Daic/DEWine/Turrini crew of insiders... as should be fairly clear from my posts here over the last three years or so ?

I think no more of the current Turrini Pierce cabal... who have IMO pretty clearly disqualified themselves from ever holding any position of trust...
