Turini is clyw's star witness in the state case???
Oh boy, I really hope what you believe about Turini to be untrue...
Otherwise, my investment in this company is toast.
There are a lot more watchful eyes out there now, especially with the Facebook page,
And the SEC...
Curious why posters out there want Williams out, because he seems to be the only one out there who has checked Turrini...
Could it be that Turrini wants to accept a settlement from Daic that Williams doesn't believe is in the best interest for the company. I would assume the board would have to vote on any settlement agreement???
Let's hope this doesn't delay again. I'm at the point where I just want an answer if clyw is going to make it or not!
