Go research SPNGQ! They were pretty good at doing the PR/8K dance.

Everything ever issued by those crooks were lies, lies, and more lies!

Heck, they even submitted false purchase orders, contracts, and receipts from fabricated/phantom customers to the various government agencies investigating them (SEC/DOJ/FBI)!

Go figure!
