LOI was announced in the last release when the company said it was negotiating a licensing agreement in the US, it is safe to say one could speculate that their is an LOI coming. could we not? or are we not allowed to do deductive thinking? or is that privileged process for Flaflyersfan. you predicted said management will issue Preferred shares to itself, was that insider information? did you trade on that rumor?
