Is there a date given for the supposed offenses? I suspect,as I have posted in the past, that this goes back to the original pumping in the fictitious announcement of global sales for a water heater which did not exist at the time(and still does not exist quite yet). I remember the Hilbroy newsletter (which was shut down later) featured WDRP strongly on the basis of anticipated worldwide 'sales'. Someone wanted out at an elvated price and spun what was a mere 'idea' into an actual product - fooling a bunch of new investors. I was one. I think the Company today is genuine but there has always been this skeleton in the closet. As to IR's history ... ! It has always been a farce.
