I anticipate a more definitive announcement tomorrow morning, but I admit the pattern with Nokia has been delay, delay, delay. I wondered aloud a couple of days ago whether N had again found a way to put the day of reckoning off into the future. However, even the Ericsson matter found resolution, and this will too. It is the pattern of IDCC in the last couple of years to serve up some meaningful press release prior to opening on the morning of the ASM.

I think history will repeat itself.

Hope both of you are well. Sorry for my absence, but things have been difficult for awhile.
