We appreciate your comments and concern and you should be aware that while discussions are in progress the company can not make any statements relating to its status and when it will be completed.

The management of both IceWeb and Promark are moving as fast as they can to complete the merger. There is no way to put a definitive timetable on its completion but you can be assured that they are doing everything in their power to complete it as soon as possible.

In the meantime business is being conducted as usual and meaningful company news is released as appropriate.
