I sent JD an email on Feb. 9,2011 at 6:05 pm but did not receive a reply until 9:00 am the next morning. By the time I checked my e-mail, they had put an update on their website.

Many inquiries have been made regarding a potential reverse split of the company’s common stock. There is no reverse split planned or under consideration at this time. Further, the company has not planned and has no intention to take the company private.

I too was upset when reading the posts about a stock split but it was confusing because the heading said Stock Split but the details were for an AS increase. This is the reason I contacted the company before I made any decision to sell or hold.
