I just talked with the IR firm (Lowensteiner)

He told me that there are ongoing negotiations regarding company leadership.
I told him that it had already been disclosed that Foster was to become CEO. He then told me that nothing is certain.

I asked about an update.

He told me that he has been asking for an update since they missed the last expectation date. He also told me that he knows and Signorello knows that Signorello has "egg on his face" since missing the delivery of the financials and the merger closure by June 30. Signorello doesn't want to issue an update for fear of missing another expectation.

He said he didn't know when the merger would happen and that it could be weeks or months.

Despite all of the above, he said that the merger is "Alive and well".

Whatever that means.

I reminded him that we dipped into the teens today and that IMO, if the merger doesn't close soon, we will prob go to .15 - .16

He agreed and said that there's nothing he can do.
