RAPT...I just spoke with the company's atty. (Don Paradiso, listed at pinksheets) who is also a board director. He claims he didn't even know about last weeks's pr as he was on vacation. I got the impression that the company is not a scam outfit. However, a reverse merger needs to be completed as the value of the company is basically zilc. In fact, the only value that it has is that it has a tradeable symbol. If a merger does not materialize, this goes back to sub-penny. If a merger occurs and looks promising, it rockets (then probably sinks).

JMO, due your own due diligence. I tried to buy a ton more this morning but could not get filled and I stopped chasing at .05
