I'm getting a total kick out of Reuters...hahaha...who has their hands in that organization anyway?/ It has to be one of the many adversaries of equity!! They just can't get it straight can they???

Tom Hals screwed up the story royally last night....this morning another half baked bunch of nonsense. Here's one version of the worst case scenario's REUTERS!!!

1. The plan isn't negotiated in good faith...in fact bad faith
2. Shareholders win their claims over HF's with IT...
3. Equity is in the drivers seat for GSA/POR
4. HF's lose all monies related
5. JPMC named and involved
6. JPMC pays huge dollars to walk
7. EC wins settlement in the 10's of billions including all classes
8. Shareholders hold positions and control of newly reorganized WM
9. HF's on outside looking in
10. REUTERS eats crow!
