You must not have as excuses change daily. First, the A/S increase was made up, then the CEO will give a great explanation for it, then he doesnt have to give an explanation its for growth, then the O/S wont increase, he wouldnt do that. and then and then and then. People were very worried when it occurred, but as time goes on, sooth themselves about the reasoning and what is going on. Look back to the significance and reaction when it happened. It is still very valid, nothing has changed since its happened.
