Weo brings up a valid point. If VirTra is indeed incorporated in Texas, then they're showing irresponsibility by not filing accordingly with the state.

The account has been on probation (warning) for at least 45 days yet VirTra management failed to comply. Although it's not a serious offense since they can still file and pay the penalties and interest it just doesn't look good for the company.

If VirTra likes to dangle the audit and uplist carrot in front of the shareholders, then they should at least have the competence to take care of the simple corporate matters first.
