I generally believe in letting the CEO and other officers of the company do their job. I believe Fayiz is concerned with the long term growth of CTKH, what he's doing is intended for that growth. While at the Annual Meeting it was clear that he was not listening to all his legal advise, his actions since then make me believe he's listening to his advisors, legal and otherwise.
I still haven't heard the answer to when our fiscal year ends, but I suspect that when it does and a proper audit is conducted Fayiz will file with the SEC and our questions will be answered.
