The only reason I suggested a dividend is because I just don't see what else they can do to goose the PPS. Making money sure doesn't seem to work. I'm sure the price will go up when they report 2nd quarter sales and profits, but only by a penny or two.

A slow grind higher. On the other hand if they accumulate enough cash to cover the unexpected, then start paying a dividend, I think the price would take off.

Buying back the stock might do it as well.
