I don't think in this case it is arrogance or stupidity, it's CYA all the way, his whole attitude is try to minimize the importance of any info we prove they had...and the trades are trades, the ticker doesn't
lie.


speaking of tickers, i'd expect this one to be making a few up ticks in the near future...
