If you go back through FBCD PRs announcing the securing of assets, you will see that they were all released under the name of either Super Rad Toys or Super Rad Industries. Not one in the name of Super Rad Corportion.

Has there ever been any public information saying that Super Rad Corporation owns all the assets of Super Rad Toys or Super Rad Industries?
