Not to mention numerous Press Releases stating that the company has recorded record revenues and that the 10Q/10K reports were to be filed which "they believed" would increase shareholder value. If that isn't fradulent by leading shareholders astray then I don't know what is. Not to mention that UBRG and NDR would lose all credibility with their customers. I would make sure of that by emailing each one individually! Anyway, I sure hope this takes off soon, otherwise I'm done with Pinkies forever!
