Is that even legal?

Dissolving the company?
Wouldn't Solomon and company end up in Prison for securities fraud?

He has numerous conversations with people on this board - where he insists we hang on and we will be rewarded, and NOT to sell unless 'it is .13 or .14' cents, and this was done over the phone across state lines.
