If they are offering to set things up with Sears, AT&T and Comcast at a discount you better believe that Andiamo will negotiate for those companies to provide the discounts free of charge in exchange for a real estate company providing them with multiple homeowner referrals. Service companies are constantly providing discounts and specials like "first month free" because once they have a homeowner on the hook for a monthly service they know they will recoup their money within a few months. What is really attractive to a subscription based company is the fact that once a homeowner has a certain service company they are very unlikely to switch, thinking, "Better the devil you know."
