Eric Rosenburg you do have a hard time with basic math skills don't you? I have not made my estimates in the dark, pulling them out of thin air, like yours. I have shown, step by step, exactly how I reached my conclusions. As for what FH might say if you call him. Ask him this...were you able to fully fund DT from the sale of the shares that were sold from October 2003 to December 2003. And if he says no, then quite frankly, he is a liar, and I can prove it. As for the amount of money needed to "fully fund" DT, according to FH, it was $9 million. If he says differently, he is lying again.
As for calling him and asking him, "Hey Fayiz, Richard Dunlap said that you raised $9 million for DT. Is that true?" He will tell you no. Why? Because, FH plays games with words. He is a master at it. He proved that with his, "We are doing a buy-back" when they were really dumping 3.75 billion shares. The simply bought back "an insignificant number of shares" according to FH, at the SHM meeting in September 2004. And THEN, having met the letter of the statement that they were "Doing a buyback" they dumped shares. That is exactly the same thing with this issue of $9 million. If he actually raised $7,497,243.23 cents, and you ask him if he raised $9 million for DT, he will look you straight in the face and say "No." And in his mind, he will be telling you the truth. Even though he knew all along that what you were REALLY asking was, "Did you raise the money you needed to fund DT?"
I have a tape recording of my conversation with FH from June 25, 2004, during which he told me that he had successfully funded DT. I do not have any way of posting it, that I kknow of. But I am sure that something can be worked out.
And I am posting the front page of the DT document on the PF board for all to see. On it, you will see that he stated that his intention was to raise $9 million.
So it is your lies that will be manifest. And then we will see who is "unstable".
