Consider this experimental but I'll try and offer streaming. When there is no hearing I may stream music at times as a test. When I'm not streaming you may get a failed connection message.

For VLC:
1) Open VLC and in the menu select Media->Open Network Stream
2) Enter rtsp://wamuaudio.neat-url.com:5225/wmi
3) Click Play

For Windows Media Player:
1) Open Windows Media Player and in the menu select File->Open URL
2) Enter http://wamuaudio.neat-url.com:4224/
3) Click OK
